Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the Berkey system in its original packaging, ensuring all components, filters, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label clearly to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your full refund or ship out an exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
